Description of Work: Our hot water holder was not working. We have hot water off of our propane gas furnace. The Dickinson specialist arrived early the same morning we called, discovered a broken pipe at the top of our hot water tank had rusted a pipe leading into the tank insulation, and shorting the thermostat to he tank. All of the insulation was soaked. They suggested replacing the hot water heater, provided several price and size options. I choose from their offerings. Later that same morning they took out the old tank, installed a new one, updated the installation piping, and even installed a custom on/ off switch for the hot water tank for times we may be away for extended periods ( this was the installers suggestion, a good one). We were very pleased they were able to do this all in one day, from call to them at 6:30 am to completion of the work around 4:00.
