Although the start of the project was delayed a few weeks from when we were initially promised, they did eventually show up to do the work. The owner was not present for most of the work, but had very capable, dependable workers. Initially, we were impressed with the work. However, the following summer we subsequently had some pavers shift and cracks open up , and we requested a warranty repair. While initially promising to get someone out here as soon as possible, months passed, the owner soon stopped replying to emails and ultimately stopped taking our phone calls as well. After several months of this silence, we contacted the Better Business Bureau to try to get some resolution. It took 6 weeks and 3 attempts by the BBB to get a response from the owner. When they did, he blamed the problem on driving a lawnmower on the driveway (!!) and offered only a surface fix. After several more unsuccessful attempts by the BBB, the company did finally show up one day (without prior notice) and repair the affected section - nearly a year after the initial request for repair. With their lack of responsiveness and punctuality we cannot recommend them.
