Office staff was pleasant and the owner came to look at job on date and time specified and was very helpful. He had good advice on the job and suggested some things to make the area look better. They came back with estimate in a timely manner and scheduled us to work with our needs. The job was delayed due to weather but showed up early on the date we rescheduled for to begin work. Work was mostly done by one individual but progressed quickly and they were complete in 3 days ( 2 days worth of working time). I was home during all work and they were willing to stop and answer questions and adjust to meet my visions for the end product. Changes were made that added cost but they were open with how much this would cost. The end results were better than we expected and were very satisfied with the work done. We will be calling Jungle Jim's next spring to complete the walkway and patio as they did a wonderful job.

The initial meeting with the owner went well; he got back to us promptly with a price quote, and we agreed to it. We paid 1/3 of the cost right away. They started a week or so later than we planned, and the job went on for a couple of weeks, due to equipment repairs and other jobs. But they did the work that was specified and moved some logs at our request; my husband said the workers were very nice, and they did a good job. I held back $100 of the final payment for some additional pruning of two shrubs, which the project manager promised he would do the next week. He didn't come back, so I contacted him and he apologized and said he would do it. But the following week, I pruned the shrubs myself.

Jim was responsive and professional during the quote phase. Once we agreed to do work and paid 1/3 deposit, he missed the start date and only after multiple calls work finally started. The men who were working at my house were not the men who walked the property with me, and as a result I had to re-explain the job every few days and monitor their work. The project was supposed to take 4-5 days and took 17. Equipment kept breaking and I did not get the sense that the workers had much interest in working or tree care.

Jungle Jim's landscape and tree service is A class! Well trained qualified get it done on time dropped big old 150 ft heavy hard wood red oak and big old pines on a dime. They clear cut all potential liability away from my primary residence and fell and stumped all necessary trees around perimeter of our home. Now I've got no storm weathering pine tree branches" potential widow makers" and a beautiful undulating golf course fairway style of Kentucky blue grass. The owner was most accommodating and I met with him for final payment. Great team. Thanks again.

The estimate was competitive, and I intended to hire them for the job. However, they never followed up with me, and I ended up not having the work completed.

Everything went well. They were on time and professional, but their price was too high. Thus, we didn't use them.

They've done several jobs for us over the years, and they've always done good work. This time was no exception. They took down the trees without damaging anything, cleaned up well after the work, and charged a fair price. He even went above and beyond by doing some tasks that he didn't have to do.

In the end, we ended up choosing another company for the job. The gentleman giving the estimate was friendly and punctual, but I just didn't like the vibe that I was getting from him. I had a very specific list of tasks that I wanted to have done, but he only seemed interested in the budget I was alotting for the project instead of giving me an estimate based on my list of tasks. Basically, I had the impression that he wasn't listening to what I was saying.

It turned out well. They were prompt and responsive, and they charged a fair price for the work.

I dealt with the owner directly, and he was very professional and friendly during our interactions. Furthermore, he was on site to manage his crew and to check on the progress of the work which I appreciated. Another thing that was great was that he dealt with the electric company directly when having the power lines to my house lowered and raised again.

Everything went well. He arrived on time, responded quickly to our call, and provided a detailed quote. Furthermore, he looked professional.

They do landscaping and several things. They were very good. As a matter of fact I needed it done before they could put the fence up so they accommodated me. They were the lowest price. They got us right in. The guys even went around and started to clean the leaf floor. There were lots of plants that I had flowers underneath there and they were very careful as much as they possibly could do when they were taking out the big tree. I don't think I lost even any plant.

Jungle Jim's have been awesome both times I have used them. They didn't charge me anything for coming to check if I needed any trees taken down. They came out in November to bring me firewood and originally, they normally do not stack firewood, however I had back issues so I couldn't do it and I had been spending money on my house and didn't have the extra to spend the money that they charge extra for stacking it. So they didn't stack it for me although they would have gone beyond and stacked it for me for reasonable money extra but when they came to check the trees, they didn't charge me anything while they could have easily charged me to come out here and look and see if I needed anything done. They are very responsive, when I needed a quote they got back to me right away. I can't say enough good things about them. I am very happy with them. I will be using them for some more firewood and I am looking at them coming out and doing some landscaping for me this spring.

Jungle Jims returned my phone call within 24 hours of my leaving a message. They were professional and pleasant. We received a very reasonable quote for the tree removal and trimming. They had to move some of my plants in order to get their equipment into the backyard. They did their job efficiently and took care of removing all the tree, they made sure they left the backyard as they found it, clean. No debris was left behind. Once they were done they made sure to replant the plants that had to move. I will definitely use them again. I have 2 more trees to have removed and will be calling them soon. I would recomment them 100%

The guys did an awesome job. They studied our septic plans to make sure that they wouldn't harm any parts of the system when pieces of the trees dropped, and they were careful with the equipment to make sure that they weren't rolling over the top of anything. They listened to everything I had to say if/when I had any concerns, asked questions if they weren't 100% sure of something, and even offered to do a couple of littlle extras for me while they were here. They completely cleaned up their mess before they left. It was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. Their pricing was the best, their professionalism was the best, and I couldn't be happier with the results!

Excellent tree service. Very well done, professional staff, no real damage and they cleaned up after themselves before they left. Based on the horror stories people told me about what my yard would look like after tree removal, I was hesitant to remove the trees. They removed the trees, chipped up any debris from the trees, and then raked the every else up. I would recommend Jungle Jim's to my family and friends (or anyone) in a heart beat. Thanks Jim!
