Perfect job and professional

It was excellent service, they showed up on time they are very knowledgeable crew the owner was right there supervising. They did a wonderful job I was just impressed with their work I would highly recommend them to anybody. The supervisor gave me his personal number after the work completed.

I received an estimate after going to their website and making an appointment. The estimate was fine on par with other.

Work done was excellent. The crew was very polite and professional. The owner Sam was on the job the entire time, and kept us informed of the process. We would recommend them to all our friends, and neighbors.

The team showed up after dark at the end of the day and didn’t bother to measure correctly, so the driveway ended up lopsided with a large puddle forming in the middle. We withheld payment until they returned to fix the issue, and they proceeded to ruin the pavement by digging out a chunk of it with a shovel. This “canal” lies directly in front of the walkway leading up to the house, so now we can expect to have black ice directly on the walkway this winter. I’ve contacted NE Paving several times to address the issue, but I haven’t heard a peep from them since they cashed the check.

I had some Paving I needed redone at my home and New England Paving came in and did all I asked of them. Good prices and good people to work with. Would use them again

Excellent all around experience. They responded quickly to estimate request, came when they said. Sean provided great insight into work to be done with estimate options. Able to schedule the work to meet our timing - which others could not. Sam and his crew came on time and very efficient and thorough with their prep, paving team work and clean up. Their representative was more than an hour late coming out to view my driveway - he was hitting traffic. I said no problem. He came out to view the driveway, and then he said he'd supply a quote on the project early the following week. I never heard from him. I emailed him and asked for an update a week later, and then never heard from him. So it was just a huge waste of my day off - this company showed me zero courtesy.

They did an excellent job. Came out and gave me a quote on the spot. didn't need to 'think it over', accepted it right away. They had me on the schedule that same day for the next week. Kept me up to date as they went and did an excellent job. VERY satisfied.

Although they were delayed by a day, I was notified appropriately. On the day of service, a large team of men arrived at 7 A.M. and immediately began to work, tearing up the old driveway with picks, sledgehammers, and heavy equipment which scooped up the asphalt. Despite a very hot day, the work proceeded at a furious pace, with only brief pauses when the whole crew rested for five minutes. All old asphalt was removed in large trucks. New gravel was trucked in and spread. Then the heavy equipment arrived: the asphalt-laying vehicle, large trucks full of hot asphalt, and two sizes of steamroller. Care was taken to slant every part of the pavement for optimal water drainage. Edges and corners were carefully beveled and compacted. Final cleanup was thorough. I was surprised when the entire project was completed in less than a day! We heard no foul language from the team, and they seemed to interact as old friends. All were polite to our family members. Sam Patterson, the owner, was easy to work with and made several constructive suggestions about the property.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Sam (the owner) is a deceitful con man. He told me he was capable of doing a job for me (leveling a field) and gave me a rough price quote ($20,000 to $40,000). In the end it cost me $75,000 and the job was not even close to completions. He dug a huge hole where he should not have, one of his employees stole wood from my property, and he buried trash on my property. He clearly does not know what he is doing, and will try to cheat you out of everything he can.

made a major mess of my lawn requiring tilling, new soil and reseeding for a cost of three hundred dollars. request that owner review the lawn was unanswered.

Their prices were reasonable based on other estimates that I had. They were available and the job that they've done was adequate. He did the work quickly.
