Monarch Electric

I just wanted to give Monarch Electric and especially Robert, rave reviews! Phenomenal response to an emergency and the communication was incredible. Best customer service experience I have had in a very long time! I had a tree come down on wires in Kingston, NH and had to have an electrician out to repair and re-attach to the house as Unitil won't touch anything on the house. Unitil shut off the power at 9:30 am. I called 5 other electricians and left messages before calling Monarch Electric, who has someone actually answer the phone. Jessica took my information and said Robert would call me back shortly. Within minutes, Robert immediately got back to me to assess the situation. I also emailed him photos of the damage submitted by my tenant. He called me back again with a very reasonable estimate and said he could have his crew over there by 1 pm that day after they finished a job. Robert called me again a little later and said he had scheduled Unitil to turn the power back on and they should be there after 3:30 pm, saving me from having to call Unitil back. Robert called me at 7:30 am the next day (7/13/2021) to check in to make sure everything was working okay. Very impressive customer service, communication and follow up. I would highly recommend Monarch Electric for any electrical needs. 5 stars all the way. Great job, thank you so much for your immediate response and fabulous customer service. He is does what he says. He makes an appointment and he shows up when he says he is going to. He doesn’t set up an appointment till he is sure of what is going on with his schedule. He comes and does the work and doesn’t leave till the work is done. He does great work and he is very knowledgeable. His rates are very fair. He is a small operation and so he doesn’t have the big commercial overhead and for home owners who don’t have really huge jobs he is a good bet. I thought his hourly rate was pretty reasonable. He came and he needed something so he went out during his lunch time and got those things and he didn’t charge me for that time. He charges for the time he is actually working and he doesn’t charge you when he is not. Normally people would say they were here between so and so time and that included the lunch time and they expect to be paid for that.
