Description of Work: My well pump stopped working and when i called and they walked me through trouble shooting to determine the problem. The gentleman I spoke with was so patient with me and my lack of knowledge of the functioning of the pump. He was able to assist me with starting my pump and then gave me pointers to ensure it continues to work. It was so nice to speak with a person and having them actually treat me with respect!

Description of Work: Well inspection, new Well pump, soft water system, ion exchanger. All went fine except for a delay while they ordered a new camera to look deeper into our well. Other than that, we were very pleased with the service, the staff, and the quality of their work.

They had the right parts with them, and the technicians were courteous and professional. I would use them again.

 + -1 moreThe crew arrived within about 45 minutes and immediately set to work diagnosing the problem. Once the problem was defined, they brought me an estimated cost for the repair. They immediately set to work making the needed repairs (i.e.- replacing the wiring and the well pump). They worked around the fact that my deck was blocking the area they had to work, and made the repairs without a problem. Within 3-4 hours of my calling them I had a new well pump! They even went further and made an adjustment, so we have better water pressure in the house! I will definitely call them again if I need anything.
Description of Work: We suddenly had no water coming from our well. After calling numerous well companies and getting nothing but answering machines, I called Epping Well & Pump. They said they had a crew in the area, and they would be right over.

Description of Work: After a storm hit ie lost power lost well pump even after power returned it was after hours on a Friday night!! I called Epping well and Pump in a panic and A REAL PERSON answered the call and had a great tech walk me thru the process of restoring my Well Pump!!! No less, on a Friday night just after the power returned!! And NO WELL PUMP A REAL person answered and helped me!!! AT NO CHARGE,,,,!! AMAZING! Wonderful service!! BTW. This was not the first time I have used there services!! I give Epping Well & Pump Two Thumbs UP for excellent professional HUMAN decency REAL PEOPLE SERVICE!!
