Betsy was prompt and without fanfare began her work. I had no qualms about leaving the house to do errands and when I returned workk had progressed.Job was done A-1. Schedule made out for next visit in two weeks. Susequent services were as good. She'll be my regular.

We have been very pleased with Betsy's prompt reply to our request for a service made through Service Magic. She responded to my call and e mail the same day of my request when she returned from her day at work. She was polite, prompt, professional, in every way. She did everything we asked of her. We have a cottage out of town and it was great to have someone you could trust. We will be continuing to use Betsy's services July 27,2007

Betsy is very nice and polite and I trust having her and her help come into our home. She is also flexible if our schedule needs to change. Betsy always does a great job cleaning and has always done things if I leave a note. It is hard to find good service and feel comfortable communicating with people who are providing a service, Betsy makes this easy!
