Description of Work: Septic system was pumped out. As usual the tech was professional and talked with us about the condition of our system without trying to add extra services to our work order.

+ -1 morePunctual, friendly, and informative. Helped me try to troubleshoot what turned out to be a bigger issue that they weren't equipped to deal with that day. The only downside was the bill, which was quite big, based on the amount pumped, even though we pumped twice in order to troubleshoot.
