They scratched part of my wall while installing the granite. Otherwise, they had great products, and they were all timely and helpful.

Exactly what I had hoped for. They know their business, they respond immediately to phone calls and requests, they come on time as promised, and are very accurate in their estimates of the time needed to do the work each day. The tear out and install were well done and the finished job is excellent. Brian did the work and Laura in the office handled all the details, both had timely suggestions and questions.

badly! during installation owner and support staff fractured the granite countertop in three places. he would not re-do the countertop and refused to return monies or offer a discount for poor workmanship. he repaired the fractures with epoxy rather than replace the granite. his staff over estimated a granite tile floor by 20% and refused to take back the excess. two of the three sinks had cracks in them--we discovered them the next day after clean-up. we were told to clean off excess silicone after 24 hours. owner said he informed us about the cracks prior to installation and said they were not of serious nature. he never talked to us about cracks. only an idiot would accept cracks in the bottom of a sink. I've filled them with epoxy
