Mark Diamond the owner of Clean Cut Construction and his crew did an excellent job rebuilding and redesigning our home in Ossipee NH. They were consistently professional, courteous, and extremely fair as far as pricing goes. There are three owners to this house and Mark did an excellent job of keeping all of us informed and up to date on progress and any changes that had to be made. His talent is very obvious in every nook and cranny of our newly re-done home. Everyone that had been to the house before can't believe the changes and how different and more open and spacious the house now appears. I would feel completely comfortable and proud to recommend Clean Cut Construction and Mark Diamond to anyone.

Mark told me that his crew would start the second week of September 2013 and they were there as promised. The house went up much faster than I had expected. Mark kept in constant contact with me during the whole process since I was 80 miles away and everything went very smoothly. Many changes that had to be made I asked Mark his opinion and the results were always the right choice! I contacted Mark again in March to help with the window trim and base boards along with hanging interior doors and installing tile in three rooms. Again Mark was there as promised and did a great job. Mark's building partner Mike is also an asset to the company helping to keep things going at a steady pace and extremely knowledgeable in this trade. I would highly recommend Clean Cut Construction.

Mark discussed our project goals with us in detail before committing to the work. This attention to detail resulted in the outcome we hoped for within our budget.

My wife and I bought a building lot in the Ossipee Bluffs Association in Center Ossipee N.H. this year. We interviewed many builders before hiring Mark Diamond of Clean Cut Construction. With the help of his two associates, he built us an American Disability qualified custom ranch. I'm so proud of this home, which will allow my disabled son to enjoy his summers in and on Ossipee Lake. I could not have had a better builder. We did not have one bump in the road with Clean Cut or any of the subcontractors. Mark kept within my budget. He started building on October 22, 2012 and here it is Janurary 14th 2013, and I'm almost ready to move in. We have passed all inspections with flying colors and in my opinion have one of the best houses in the Bluffs association, which my neighbors agree with. Mark is honest, hard working and kept all his promises pertaining to time lines and budgets costs. We feel very fortunate to have hired him and his company, Clean Cut Construction. His motto is "Do it right the first time". He gave us a five year warranty on the house to back-up his motto. I can't say enough positive things about Mark ,his associates and most importantly, their work.

The customer service was by far the best i have ever received. I have had experience with building homes up north. Until, meeting Mark it has been difficult to find a reliable contractor. I built this home in Suissevale, a waterfront community. I have received nothing but, compliments from neighbors as to the cleanliness of the job site, professional conduct, quality of the home, and the speed at which it was built. From ground breaking to move in was a little over 2 months. Complete with a 5 year fully covered home warranty, this will be a home that I will enjoy for many years to come. He WILL do it right the first time..
