I was told that the project would be a certain amount for the job I wanted and that this job was going to take 2 days. The guys that came were friendly, but rocks were just thrown in two areas on my property. The price included grading- only 1/4 was graded. We knew that there would be extra dirt left - that was suppose to be spread in my back lot and I had to fight to get it done because they did not want to come back the following day (day 2).

Our experience with Waterscapes of New England was outstanding. Carl Campbell and his crew exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The design and materials used in the landscaping of our back yard transformed it into something very functional and beautiful. I will be calling Carl again in the spring to start Phase two of our landscaping project.

We had a slow start but Waterscapes of New England came through for us and made sure we were happy along the way and with the final results. I am very thankful to Edziu Sentkowski and his son for coming down and making my dream yard possible. Thanks to all the people that work on our yard,Michael,Carl, Bill Campbell and all the helpers that pulled together to give us a magnificent yard! It was all worth the wait.

Mr. Campbell was the only contractor that kept in contact with us and continued though to coming and looking at the job and sending us a quote as he said he would. Mr Campbell came on numerous occasion to discuss the job and go over it prior to his proposal, and after it was sent to us. All These meetings happened prior to us deciding to use his company. His workers were all very professional and courteous. It was a pleasure using Waterscapes of New England and will use them again as the need arises.

Carl and his team seem very knowledgeable. Their work looks great. I will have to wait for a torrential downpour to really test the drainage they put in, but so far it works great!!!! I will definitely call upon them again for future landscaping needs!

Waterscapes installed a retaining wall and an underground drainage system along the side of my house. The drainage system appears to be working well, and the wall is very attractive and well constructed. My yard is much improved, and overall I'm pleased with the work. The company has twice sent a crew out to add more topsoil over a place that was washed out by unusually heavy rains. My only criticism is that not enough topsoil was spread over the entire area above the drainage system, leaving some crushed stone exposed on the surface. In general, though, I would recommend Waterscapes for the drainage systems and hard landscaping that appear to be their specialty. Their staff is courteous and professional, very pleasant to do business with.
