They were flexible to any changes in the design or scheduling and were able to do a multitude of jobs which meant we only had to deal with one company for the entire landscape makeover. They understood exactly what we wanted and executed the design perfectly -- adding their own touches to create an amazing water feature.

I was very happy with the project. The landscapers were on time, very professional, and did a great job. They built a wall around my above ground pool; built a wall around my 20'x32' cement patio along with a wonderful fire pit, and did a great job installing a brick area for my new grill installed in a new brick outlay. They sodded were needed and planted plants in the front of the house. I was able to call or question them at any time and was always treated with the utmost professionalism. The CEO even came back and had a tree planted in my front yard as a thank you. Love this company!

Very professional; kept all appointments. They actually did my job 3wks ahead of scheduled time. My driveway is absolutely beautiful! I live at the beach and I wanted something to reflect the area. The pavers look fantastic. People going my house are all commenting on how nice it looks and tell me the contactor did a great job. I will absolutely hire Waterscapes of New England again and will certainly recommend them! Great job

They arrived early each time, completed estimate/work efficiently, did excellent work, and took care of the requests that we had. There was only a slight delay/glitch in the scheduling, but they arrived early and completed the work quickly so that was great. I wish we could have done it ourselves, and they weren't the cheapest estimate we received, but the efficiency and beauty of the finished product made it worth it!

They did a fantastic job removing asphalt and installing brick pavers in my yard. The job took less than a week and they had an excellent crew. My husband and I were more than pleased.

what I thought was going to take a week to do they had the job done in two days. I was amazed that with all the overgrowth and weeds that I had in my yard they removed it all in about three hours and by the end of the day they had most of the plants in the ground. the patio areas look great and they even put in a new firepit . my wife could not be happier and many neighbors have come by to say my yard looks like a showplace out of a magazine.

A complete transformation from nothing to a picture perfect back yard that contained a out of this world hardscape area , including a sitting wall, a circle patio area and more. To complete my back yard transformation my landscape area included a 80ft. stone wall and a beautifully landscaped lawn. Carl, his son Billy and the rest of the crew were very professional and will do anything to please you. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Waterscapes of New England.

I had them level my back yard. I had large sidewalk section's in the back yard randomly placed. They took that all up cleared it out and then laid sod down. They did a great job! I also had them do a fence in my back yard. It came out great. Overall I would use them again and I would recommend them to anyone. You get what you pay for and they where well worth it.

My initial impression was that they were prompt and courteous when responding to my request for ideas and a quote. I had an opportunity to discuss my ideas and were totally included in the landscape plans. I felt their ideas were creative, unique and not overly ornate. There was a lot of work involved in our plans and the crew maintained there timeframe as quoted and we were able to review the final punch list at the end. We will be contacting them next year to complete our landscaping ideas for the rest of our yard. The landscapers did not hurry the job. They were courteous and easy to talk to Joyce in Dracut, MA

Waterscapes of New England were very prompt in replying to my email. They made two site visits to questions to to understand exactly what I had in mind for the project. The quotes clearly the scope, start date and payment schedule. At every step they always were prompt in getting back to me with answers to my questions. The entire team was very professional in their interaction and the quality of work of great. There was a follow up visit after the projects were completed. We were pleasantly surprised when they come over yesterday with a granite bench as a taoken of customer appreciation. I would not hesitate to use them in the future!
