We were closing on the sale of our house and the inspection report required a repair and pumping of our system. The closing hinged on us getting it repaired. I had used Bodwell’s a number of years ago but wasn’t sure if they could squeeze us in since they were so busy. They went above and beyond to get us done. The owner Tim even came out to do the pumping and repair! A few days later we were able to close on the house. Couldn’t have done it without their professionalism. I would definitely recommend them.

They showed up on time, my septic is under a walkway and they payed attention to making it look good after again.

He found a way to be favorable with how he tallied our bill (perhaps trying to ease parent distress with teen) He changed a key part that he said should have been changed years ago so that the whole system would work much better (great employee, not sure why last employee didn't notice and take care of it)

Very quickly located tank and performed service to satisfaction, also took care to replace grass where dug up and cleaned up any spillage.

I called with shot notice for inspection prior to home purchase, Conducted inspection including looking throughareas with camera. The septic was rated A+. They arrive timely, andcleaned up when completed. Report emailed to me the next day. I was quoted 275 when I called originally, however the price was 285.00. Still reasonable, they even cleaned filter while examing system.

The driver from Bodwell's arrived on schedule, carefully backed down my driveway to access the tank to be pumped. He removed the cover that I had already exposed, and, at my request, filled me in on the condition of the contents of the tank. He then pumped the tank dry and used the hose to remove sludge from the bottom. Next he pumped some clean water into the tank and agitated it to stir up the remaining bottom contents. That water was then pumped out along with some small rocks that he could see on the bottom. Next he used a light and mirror to inspect the tank and it's input and output baffles. Completing the process, he replaced the cover on the tank. Billing was done in the cab of the truck, with a receipt issued for my payment. The driver was very professional and personable.
