 + -1 moreZac showed up when he said he would and the job cost exactly what he said it would. He stayed in contact and let us know exactly what was going on throughout the process. I would recommend him, and have, for anyone that is planning on putting in a pool.
Description of Work: Zac installed our in-ground pool and did a great job!

Description of Work: The provider gave me great advise. He tried to help me over the phone. Gave me things to look for. I called at peck season and was really bussy and couldn't make it for a few weeks. I got lucky and found the leak myself and fixed it myself. All is good now.

Description of Work: Our liner went on our 27' round pool. The pool doctor came out, gave us an estimate and set up a time for us. He arrived promptly on 5/20 and started working. He discovered an issue that required us to replace one of the slats in our pool. Once I received the slat he was out within 3 days to complete the process. Service was prompt, he showed up when he said he was going to and work was done to my satisfaction.

 + -1 moreThe Pool Doctor was excellent; all the way across the board. They were very nice, professional and did a great job. It is a husband and wife team so we are able to contact one or the other person always. They are very polite and neat. I like them a lot.

 + -1 moreZac came in January to talk about the pool, and was very professional and knowledgeable about pools. He said we were second on the list to start in April, and we were. He said the pool would be up and running in 7 days, it was up and ready in 6. He and his team were great. They came everyday at or before 7 am, worked through the day, having lunch at the site. No swearing, no debris left behind like cigarette butts, or trash. I can still call him, and he answers his cell phone!!! WOW..That doesn't happen often. He did what he said he'd do. We are very pleased with Zac from the Pool Doctor and would recommend him.
Description of Work: Zac from the Pool Doctor installed an inground pool at my home in April of 08.
