+ -1 moreVery inexperienced delivery employees. Damage to floor and entryway to kitchen. Laid the new refrigerator on its side to remove the wooden crate ( not smart). 2 dents on the sides of the refrigerator. I’m still waiting for the companies instance agent. Denied delivery. Returned all appliances x 3.

+ -1 moreI was looking for a very basic washing machine. The salesman did not pressure me to make a more-expensive purchase. He showed me 3 or 4 models and explained the differences between them. Strafford Appliance's prices were the same or less than other appliance stores. They showed up exactly on time for the delivery. The delivery men were pleasant and efficient. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes. The washing machine is working fine.
Description of Work: I purchased a washing machine from Strafford Appliance. They delivered and installed it and removed my old washer.

+ -1 moreGreat store! They are knowledgeable, and/or will admit to not knowing and then get the info. They will meet internet pricing when asked. Delivery is prompt. They did dent the side of the Electrolux induction range, but it was a tight fit. And the enamel was chipped when they put in the racks, but shouldn't such an expensive stove have thicker enamel. I had to leave for an extend period after delivery so I did not report the damage to the store..
