+ -1 moreAs said above, Jim was great throughout the process, providing us with a detailed estimate up front that he did not stray from. The work was done when he committed to as well.
Description of Work: We worked with Jim and his team to improve the structural integrity of our 1850 home in Portsmouth. Jim replaced the old temporary lally columns that were put in place by the previous owner with permanent concrete filled lalls. To do so Jim needed to jack up the major support beams of the house and laser leveled the downstairs floors in the process, which had become uneven over time. Doing this work was no small task, but trusting Jim and his crew to do so successfully and correctly was made easy by how well he communicated what he was going to do and how. We would strongly recommend Jim and Signature Builders for any of your construction needs.
