Marty was late the first day, but after that I can give nothing but praises for Marty's excellent service, workmanship, customer friendly demeanor, patience and honesty! I was truly fortunate to have come across his listing on Angie's List. I am enjoying the benefits of his work and hope to continue do do so (God willing) for a long time. Feel free to use this (or any part of the review in a *positive* manner) as a testimonial to his excellence. I made several attempts to contact him to come back after this service, but he never returned my calls.

Marty is the best! He is prompt, easy to work with and goes above and beyond. I've had 3-4 different electricians work in my house over the years and none of them can hold a candle to Marty. He is very deserving of the rating on Angie's List.

Marty arrived at the scheduled time and worked efficiently to complete the job. He even boxed up the old fixtures for re-use. He completed the job within the estimated time and budget.

Everything went as well as one could hope.

Marty, the owner of the business, was very professional and a pleasure to work with. All communication from Marty was done in a timely manner. He provided a free estimate for the work. When we agreed on a date for the work to be done he did warn me that he might not be able to provide the services on said date due to the fact that he might still be working on a previous project. He was good about communicating a few days in advance to tell me he would not be able to provide his services on the date we originally scheduled but he was able to set up an appointment for the day after the original appointment. On the day of the appointment he arrived promptly at 8am which was the time we had set up for the appointment. Throughout the day he worked diligently and kept me updated as to the progress of the project. Marty was very neat and clean, he carried a waste basket around the house which he used for discarding any unwanted items. Once the work was done, Marty walked me through the house and explained all he had done. He sent an email with a receipt for the services shortly after completing the work. I would most definitely hire Marty for future projects!

Marty is very responsive and easy going. We have other electrical work in our home that we will be doing in the next few months; he will be our go to electrician. The proposal that he provided for us was very detailed and he also did an excellent job explaining the work as he did it.

Marty was responsive to the original request, arrived promptly, worked quickly and professionally, and provided advice where I needed it. Very satisfied with the work and the professionalism.

We didn’t have any issues with them. He didn’t leave any mess and he showed up on-time. He answered my questions thoroughly. The thing I liked about them is they laid out all the electrical work and provided a breakdown of time for an exact quote.

We have an old house and built an extension for our kitchen. It wasn't the biggest job, but integrating the whole thing together to look like it fit was our challenge. Marty made sense of the existing work and made the lighting in the new area look like it had always been there, while still having all the modern functionality that makes it so convenient. What impressed me from the outset was that although it wasn't the biggest job, Marty was on time for the estimate and sent a comprehensive estimate with all the details for the job with a couple days even on Labor Day! He's very detail oriented and added features that we as just the home owners didn't think of but we appreciate a lot now that the job is done. A couple fixtures, etc, didn't work well after he put them in and he was very willing to fix things along the way and had high standards for the final product. Highly recommended for future jobs and I'd definitely use him again.

The installation went excellent. Marty provided a very clear and concise proposal and was prompt and clean. He put down drop clothes and cleaned up after the project was completed.

A little slow getting out here to give an estimate, but I know he's busy. And bottom line he got the work done on time (before Thanksgiving guests arrived!) and professionally.

Marty the owner showed up on time, worked hard and came up with innovative solutions to our problem. We live in an old house and he was facing unique challenges. When he was done not only were we ready for a power outage but we also felt more secure about our wiring to the main panels. His prices were hundreds below what others had submitted, his work ethic was above par and he kept us informed of what he was doing every step of the way. When our gas provider fell through on their ability to hook up the generator to the fuel supply he contacted the one he usually works with and they came in, did the job for almost 200 dollars less and completed it in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to both use him again and recommend his services to others. If only there were a higher rating than an A.

We were exceptionally pleased with Marty's work especially since this was a challenging time for us with a new baby and moving. He was prompt, estimate was reasonable and work was scheduled shortly afterward. He obtained required permits and met with town officials at the house to assure that everything was done to code. We would absolutely use his service again.

Marty does great work, he has rewired all the apts. in our 100+ yr old house. He is very neat, curteous & professional. His prices are definitely fair. Would not hesitate to use him again. He does prefer to do exsisting consruction and not new, as he works by himself.

Thrilled with the experience. Marty responded to my phone message the same day and came to the property right away. The quote was delivered within 24 hours with each request itemized. Marty was flexible and very upfront with the scheduling process, arrived when he said he would, and arrived prepared to do the work. I was very impressed with the time and care Marty took with each aspect of the job. I did not feel he rushed any of the different tasks and was very pleased with the quality of the work. One of the existing ceiling fans was installed twenty years ago and the mounting was not secured to the ceiling properly. This did require some additional carpentry work before the new fan could be installed properly. Although this was a delay to the project I appreciated that Marty would not sacrifice safety for the sake of getting the job done quickly. A carpenter appropriately did the necessary work and Marty came out immediately to install the fan. I would be very willing to have Marty work at the house again and would recommend him to anyone.

We cannot say enough positive things about Marty Robert and the work that he has done for us. He is extremely professional, responds quickly to requests, makes reasonable estimates, and sticks to his estimates. He is also very creative in the work that he does and has been able to address several issues in our old home that other electricians have not. We highly recommend using Robert Electrical for any work that you are considering. We believe that he is the best!

Marty returned my initial call within the same day and scheduled a visit to review the work for later that day, however he called early afternoon to move it to the following day as he was running long on a previous job. He arrived the next day on tie and we reviewed all the issues. I felt very comfortable with his assessment as he said many of the same things my inspection had told me. I received a written estimate within 48 hrs, which I found very reasonable and we scheduled the work for the following week. On the day of the work, he was running about an hour late and had tried to call me but had my number transposed incorrectly. Ten minutes after the scheduled window for his arrival I called him and he explained he'd been trying to reach me to let me know he was running late. Marty showed up a short time later and worked consistently and tirelessly to accomplish all the work. He showed me everything he had done and he even discovered that a couple of the outlets had grounding just had to be connected, which he did versus replacing. I was very pleased with his work, he cleaned up after himself and even though it took a bit longer than he had originally estimated because of fixing a couple of the ground wire issues, he didn't rush and finished everything we had discussed. I'm so pleased with his work, his professionalism, and the value he delivered. Would happily recommend him and use him again.

It went very well, please see above. He left me the literature for the lights so that I would know how the lights functioned. He also tested the light bulbs in the previous lights, 2 were good (which he marked, and saved for me) and 2 were "dead". Most people would have tossed all the previous lights. He is very conscience of cost to the buyer.

Marty responded to my initial email questions within hours. He was able to come in two days and the job was such that he was able to do the work while he was here! He taught me a few helpful things about my breakers and hook ups, and even the new stove. I was extremely comfortable with him right away because of his obvious professionalism and because he listened to me. I am going to keep his contact info and use him again as well as recommend him to friends and family.

Marty took care of my job on a short schedule when my other guy let me down. He was very responsive and I would highly recommend him.

Marty Roberts did an excellent job on our electrical project. He was punctual and called to check to see if the arrival time was fine. He called again to say he was running a few minutes late. He arrived a few minutes later. Marty checked with me before proceeding with the job. He checked in often to make sure that I agreed with how things were proceeding. Marty removed a large overhead island light, the under cabinet light and the lighting over the kitchen table. He helped with removing the large electrical fixtures and placed them as asked in the garage. He helped remove items that were in the work area. Marty covered the work area to eliminate the risk of damage. He proceeded to work on the project throughout the day. Marty was professional, punctual and his price was very fair. He was very easy to work with and made an effort to please his customer. I would hire him again for electrical work.

Had a lot of great ideas and worked like a trojan. He also was very reasonably priced. I would use him again in a heart beat.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was good. I spent about $150 above the price of the Big Deal. I think he is very professional and does a good job.

I purchased a coupon on Angie's list for discount electrical work through Robert's Electrical. Marty visited my home to provide an estimate, and later we scheduled a time for the work. He arrived on-time and completed the work in exactly the amount of time estimated. Afterwards he showed me what he had done, we handled the final payment and he then sent me an invoice. He was very professional throughout. He treated our home and family with respect and I would highly recommend Marty for home electrical projects.
