RCH DRIVEWAY SEALING

Horrible! Jeff showed up and sealed in cracks... Left so fast, We did not get a chance to tell him he missed a crack in our walk way. He said he would be back on a certain day and he was a no show, no call. We waited over the weekend and called the office the following Monday.. They were not aware their employee was a no show on a scheduled job. They said that I could call him and gave me his personal cell phone. I called the cell phone and got no voice to tell me if it was a correct #. I left a msg with my name and# and never heard back. A neighbor came to my home and told me she is in the exact same predicament as us. Never heard from back from the company even after my phone call to them regarding their employee Jeff. Terrible!! Very Unprofessional Business. Would Not recommend this company to anyone.

I had my driveway resealed in September 2016. After the initial appointment was missed I called to find out I hadn't been added to their schedule. After rescheduling and getting the driveway sealed I felt some of the cracks weren't sealed properly. I was told by Jim that everything looked good. Nine months later I have weeds growing in those cracks. I called, Jim came out and again stated the job was done well and I "can spray weed killer to get rid of the weeds". The driveway is sealed to keep out moisture. If weeds are growing then moisture is obviously getting into the cracks.

They did a complete professional job of sealing my driveway. Just missed one spot on an adjacent walk way. the work held up well duriing last winter

6 weeks and many unreturned phone calls and messages later, they finally left a message that they wouldn't be able to get the work done for us.

So far so good. The driveway looks fine.The employee of RCH was very nice and did a wonderful job.

RCH also sells themselves as performing driveway repairs and paving in addition to their primary business of sealcoating. After contacting them to request an estimate, they dispatched their estimator who looked at the job and decided that the business owner, Richard C. Hiltunen, would need to look at it as it was a difficult and possibly expensive job. The boss, Richard, arrived and a written estimate in the amount of $6,960 was completed. I accepted the estimate and a date was set to begin the job. Understandably, weather delays can occur with this type of work; however,the work date came and went with no work crew in sight. No communication from RCH explaining a delay (weather? other jobs?). I called the business office numerous times to inquire as to when they were going to perform the work as agreed upon. Each time I called the office gal would apologize profusely for the boss' lack of response and she'd promise that he would call me back. After three such calls to them with absolutely no response I finally gave up and concluded that they decided that my business was not important to them. I had gotten estimates from several other businesses but by the time I concluded that RCH was not interested in my business, the colder fall weather precluded accomplishing the work until the next summer (using a different contractor, of course).
