PROFESSIONAL CARPET CARE

First, let me say that we have been using Pro Carpet Care for approximately 20 years. This past summer I called on a Friday afternoon because a pipe broke in my family room. The carpet was soaked. They came in on Saturday morning and did an excellent job. They are always thorough and meticulous. And trustworthy.

Part of my ground floor is a rental apartment. It is also carpeted. Two of my previous tenants have had pets. Alas, despite good references, the pets flavored the carpeting with their scent (i.e. urine). This year I used Professional Carpet Care for the first time. They were HALF the price of the guys I have used in the past. Better yet, I can no longer smell any pet odor! The man who came out was on time, courteous and very professional. I will use them again - no question. I would also recommend these guys to anyone who asks. GREAT JOB!

I called as a New Customer and was provided with an appointment for carpet cleaning services within two days. The man that came to do the carpet was very professional, and accommodating to my request. I only had one carpet to do and the carpet was terribly soiled as it is in a rental. The carpet looks wonderful after being cleaned. I was actually surprised that all the soiled areas were able to be removed. I will certainly be calling them again when I am in need of carpet cleaning.

Henry was very professional. He immediately went to work after explaining to me how the carpet would be cleaned. He used a 220 degree steamer to clean the stairs, the bedroom and a hallway. I will definitely spread the word about them. They were also very considerate of my time constraints as I had to cancel to get most of the room painted before the carpets could be cleaned. The owner suggested that I could get the border trim done afterwards.... overall, it was a superb experience and the carpet looks quite good; some stains could not be removed, but a carpet or chair here and there will handle those small spots. Overall, however, the bedroom looks almost brand new. I highly recommend this company!

They are very professional, showed up on time for scheduled appointment and did a fantastic job, as my carpet had several heavy stains from my grandchildren and you can't even see where the stains were when they finished.
