PRMI was able to help coordinate both sales, transfer the funds from the sales to our purchase loan and meet our time lines. They explained the different financing options available to me, and all the types of mortgage insurances, etc. They helped me understand the rate environment, and when to lock. They were very competitive on their pricing and I felt like there were no surprises. They kept me informed throughout the transaction. I would recommend everyone use them.
