Description of Work: I asked them to help fit a new dryer into the closet by moving the vent. After about 35 minutes trying to see if he could, the serviceman sensibly advised me that it would be cheaper for me to get someone to move the closet door an inch and a half which is possible. There wasn't any charge.

+ -1 moreThe staff is terrific-both the men who worked at the house as well as the office staff. When one of the men left, he noticed my door handle was loose and he tightened it! Definitely not part of a plumber's job.
Description of Work: Our furnace died on a Saturday night. We called PJ Labrie and they had someone come out right away on a Sunday morning. They arranged to get the parts FedEx'd in to get up and running as soon as possible.

+ 0 moreLowes has fired this contractor and hired a new one to resolve the issue.
Description of Work: Contracted through Lowes, they failed to do a proper site evaluation and now I cannot run my water heater and furnace at the same time. Lowes has been professional and understanding. This company has been rude, angry and failed to assumen any responsibility for their mistake. Instead they present me with only one option. That was to pay $1500, to fix the mistake. They also installed the water heater in a way that voids the warrantee.
