K&L Cleaning

Kim quoted me $850 for the work needed. She said it would take one day. I assumed this was for a whole cleaning crew. It was 2 people who worked 7 hours- which comes to $60 an hour. I was desperate, as my house is going on the market. However, she basically cleaned only the glass on the windows and left all the dirt around the casings. Very unprofessional-did not wear masks around us, when asked about a mask, she said they didn't believe COVID was a big deal. She asked to burn scented candles in my house to brighten her day. I made the mistake of leaving her a check before hand. When I called her later, she tried to say I never told her about the storm windows and that she cleaned the entire window. Then she hung up on me. Very unprofessional. No one is worth $60 an hour and their quality of work was not great.

I am not one to (get to know) most people. From the get-go I felt like I had known Kim for a long time! She is wonderful brothers and sisters and around Pease we have many Veterans!!!!! Highly recommend

Kim did a wonderful job cleaning our home. We then hired her to clean our vacation home after our tenants left it quite a mess. She is a lovely person to deal with and I plan to use her services for a long time.

Amazing. She was able to clean an apartment that hadn't had a good cleaning for months, navigate a minefield of things in the apartment I couldn't move around because of my injury and all with a smile. And she's a joy to have around. She brings all her supplies and if has any doubts about something in your home, she asks. My place looked better than when I moved in. I would highly recommend.

Kim provides us with peace of mind because she is trustworthy, reliable, and consistently provides great cleaning services. She is also flexible with the cleaning services she provides whenever we need something worked on outside of the regular cleaning schedule. I highly recommend!
