James pike property maintenance does an outstanding job. I own three rental properties which james maintains for me. He handles every season from plowing and salting to cleaning up between seasons. He does weekly or biweekly mowing as needed. Always takes great care of my properties to the point that my tenants have called just to tell me how well he keeps up with it. He?s very mindful and carries his role as my property manager at a high standard. I appreciate all he does for me and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone honest with a great outcome.
