Description of Work: Have been using Haydee's for a carpenter ant infestation. The services over the past several years were successful in eliminating the ant colonies. Now having maintenance treatments twice an year. Very professional, effective and punctual.

 + -1 moreTo spray - they walk around the house spraying the foundation. Then they come in and spray the cellar and also the deck. All at my request. When all is done, they tell me what if anything, they noticed.
Description of Work: They do what I need. Basically spraying for ants etc. inside and out. Also mouse control. They come twice a year. I have use Haydee's for a number of years .... 10-15. If I have another problem, all I have to do is call and someone comes.

 + -1 moreInspectors were professional, on time in their window and knew what they were looking for. I have been an avid bird feeder in the winter but realize that the mice are here for the great food all winter...so no more feeding the birds....I will miss them over the depressing winter. The second visit also found a wooden board with ants, which was treated and I disgarded. Since I didn't see any treatment of the mice in the attic and they were continuing to make a lot of noise at night (it was what initiated the search for treatment in the first place), I had my nephew go up into the attic with a large number of mice bait packets. He reported 2 dead mice in the attic, so there must have been some treatment by one of the inspectors, though I didn't see the second one go into the attic at all. Anyway, the sound from the mice partying in the attic is now much reduced, but not completely gone. I will be anxious to see what all the monitors show in October/November. Service Contract is valid for 1 year and continues beyond the year unless cancelled in writing. Cost for initial inspection/first visit is $205. (I had a $35 coupon), with the quarterly fee of $105.
Description of Work: After initial visit that included a general inspection of the house, attic, basement and grounds, it was determined that mice were in the attic. No treatment was initiated that I was aware of. After an annual contract was signed, the first visit was sceduled for 2 weeks later. A more detailed inspection was focused on how the mice were getting into the attic. No treatment in the attic was initiated that I was aware of, but multiple monitors were placed inside the basement and around the outside of the house. Another visit will be scheduled in three months.
