+ -1 moreAfter being rained out on the scheduled day, we were rescheduled for the following Saturday morning. A dumpster and all materials were delivered on site on Friday. The crew arrived on Saturday before 7am and began to set up the site. The noise was kept to a minimum until after 8am when work began in earnest. The entire project, including clean up, was completed by 2pm that afternoon. The speed and synchronization with which the team worked was amazing! There were a number of difficult areas around the barn (a swimming pool directly under part of the roof!) that made the job "interesting". The team evaluated the problem areas and came up with appropriate solutions. This was a great experience and I highly recommend Fix My Roof Now!!
Description of Work: The roofing job consisted of re-roofing a barn/garage that was way overdue and had a number of leaks and some leak damage. The tasks included removing the existing shingles (single layer), repairing leak damaged plywood, installing ice and water shield and Deck Armour underlayment, installing new aluminum drip edge all around, installing AZEK trim boards with flashing where needed, installing a new rigid roof vent for ventilation, and finally, installing architectural shingles.
