Roger was a good helpful contractor who provided the analysis (based on our NH DES water test results) of the best filter system for our needs. He installed the system and provided us with all of the information needed to use and maintain it (not much to do there, really). He has promised to test the system (at no charge) after 3 years and annually thereafter until the filter media needs replacing, which is a wonderful service. Roger seems to have a depth of knowledge in many aspects of home maintenance and shared some of that relating to aspects of our home that have nothing to do with the water filter, which was appreciated.
