We were very pleased with Duplouy! They were efficient, professional, and answered all our questions regarding the new door. We heard from them very quickly after posting the job and they came with samples and a quote on the job within a week. The door took a bit longer to come in ,then we expected, but once it arrived they installed it immediately during one afternoon. I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace a garage door!

We recently had problems with one of our old automatic garage doors; it somehow got off track, was all askew and we were unable to shut it. We had been dissatisfied with the previous automatic garage door repair company we used so did some web research and Duplouy Enterprises, Dover, NH came up the strong winner based on reviews on Google, Angie’s List and Home Advisor, so we called Duplouy. Roger came by, played with the door a bit and said it only needed lubrication and then it worked like a charm. Unfortunately, shortly thereafter the door started acting up again (our doors are pretty old) and we were unable to shut it. I called Roger and he said he’d come by that evening to take a look and at least shut it for us so the garage would be secure. It was too late in the day to fix it, so basically, he came to assess the problem and shut the door for us. We really appreciated that. This time, one of the cables was totally twisted and he returned the next day to replace the cable. We were impressed with Roger and felt he was extremely knowledgeable—no comparison to the two doofuses we used previously from another local automatic garage door company. Repair costs were very reasonable too. We highly recommend this company.

Roger was very responsive and was able to repair my door on the spot. He charged me a fair price and didn't take advantage of me when I asked if my other door should be proactively repaired.

It was excellent, the cost was very reasonable. They were very professional and on time excellent all the way around, responded in less than 24 hrs to repair the door. I would recommend them to anybody, they went above and beyond.

Roger called within an hour of my Angie's List message. He asked about the problem and showed up later that same day! He quickly fixed the problem, and then (without charging extra) did some quick and insightful calculations on the garage door geometry and mass to find that the spring on my door was completely incorrectly done. He wasn't trying to sell me, it was one of those rare, purely for "getting the right answer" efforts. His explanations throughout were crystal clear. I've used maybe five different garage door repairmen over my 20 years of being a homeowner. I have found the best. I wish everyone was as expert, sincere and responsive as Roger.

I really satisfied with the installation of new garage doors and openers. Roger explained throughly all available options with no sales pressure at all. He returned right away all my email, came exactly at scheduled time. His truck is like his second office equipped with laptop, internet connection, printer and credit card reader. I highly recommend him.

I called to see about getting my garage door replaced; no answer so I left a message and my call was never returned. I ended up purchasing one through Overhead Door of Portsmouth who was very responsive and really wanted to do business. Hopefully for this guy he's so busy he doesn't need the business......

Roger is very experienced and knowledgeable. He explained available options and made helpful suggestions with no sales pressure whatsoever ? he never attempted to ?up-sell? a higher priced option. He provided thorough answers to all of my questions. Furthermore, his prices easily beat the quotes I obtained from competitors for identical equipment. Roger was very professional, punctual and informative. We never felt pressured to buy when he came to give us an estimate, which meant a whole lot to us. We feel that he respected us as customers and that he was being up front with us while helping us decide which door and opener would be best for us. Roger came out and gave us an estimate for the work required. He was very professional and friendly and upfront about what was reguired to remedy our situation. A week later we scheduled him to return to replace our garage door openers. He was clean, professional, did the work in a timely manner and even pointed out the need for some additional stabilizer required on our garage doors ( nominal cost < $ 20.00 ) to prevent additional issues... ( I totally appreciated this ). I highly recommend this business......He was efficient, friendly and provided us a great, uncomplicated installation of our new garage door openers.

He fixed the door so we could begin using the garage. He used sturdy parts and educated us.

Called Roger about our garage doors not closing when we hit the buttons. He knew it was a sensor problem and told me he was working on a job and would call me at the end of his day and come check it out. He called and then came over. He realized both doors were having sensor issues and fixed and realigned them. He checked the wires and gave the system a quick look over. He was professional, fixed the issue, and explained what had most likely happened to the sensors. Highly recommend! Will definitely call him when we need to replace our system.

When he first came to our house to give an estimate, he brought samples to show us so that we could make an informed decision as to the type of garage doors that would be suitable for our house. We made arrangements for him to do the work the following week. He arrived on time and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He explained how everything worked and answered our questions. We had originally discussed that we had a window in the garage and then when he brought the garage door there wasn’t a window in the door. So he easily brought it back to get a window. He was responsive.
