Description of Work: I highly recommend Duplouy Enterprises. I needed a new garage door and had an idea what I wanted, but wasn't sure what brand or model to choose. Roger took the time to explain the options and installed the new door within a few weeks. Unlike the door and opener it replaced, the new door is very sturdy and the opener is amazingly quiet.

Description of Work: Roger fixed my garage door issues, and when the cars were stuck in the garage he came by at 7:30 at night to help out. Very happy with his service and would definitely recommend.

Description of Work: The initial contact was fine, price was fair and the only thing left was to decide on a custom color. After deciding, I called to set up an appointment to write up an order. It has been over three weeks and he never made the appointment he set and never called. |I would now be very reluctant to use him or give him a deposit

Description of Work: He replaced springs & pulleys &repaired & tuned up our existing system. He did a great job and was not pushy about selling me a new system. When I do replace my existing openers (which are 17 years old) I will purchase them from him. I highly recommend.

+ -1 moreHe arrived on time and quickly removed one of the old doors. He installed new door on that garage bay before removing the other old door. He then installed second door and both openers. Installation of overhead doors is his primary business and he obviously knows the business well and was methodical. He returned the next day to install decorative trim pieces on the outside of the door. He is a sociable person and interesting to talk to while he was here.
Description of Work: Installed two new garage doors with new 1/2 hp door openers. Removed and disposed of old garage doors. New doors are manufactured by Wayne Dalton, model 8500.
