Installation was fine, well sure, nothing broke yet. A few years in, they came back out because the windows would not close, now they simply won't return calls

Excellent service and very professional. Very responsive to all our questions. Great company and we would contract with them for any additional upgrades to our home.

Many promises were made and not fulfilled. I hesitated to hire a company so far away, but I was told they would have a crew stay up in my area for the entire week so they could do the work and not have to drive 4 hours round trip each day. I was told the owner had an accident and hired someone else to do the job who couldn't stay overnight to complete the job. This caused the workers to rush through their work each day. The crew that worked for me were nice, but they were not finish carpenters so areas of the job had to be redone by other contractors. They also did things that violated electical and fire codes. They did not do things correctly on my skirting which caused my skirting to snap during the first winter. They told me they would fix it in the spring and when I called them back, they never returned my calls. Quality was so poor on this job. Also, I didn't know much about wood, but I raised my concerns about what I had read regarding yellow pine. The contractor said he would check to see and would get back to me. I lost track of the open items and assumed he would not be putting in yellow pine. I was very disappointed in the quality of the wood and several boards had to be replaced. I expect to be replacing the entire deck in the next two years.

Thank you Clearview! We have a Craftsmen style home built in the 1920's that still had the original single pane windows. After owning the house for eight years, I finally talked my wife into replacing the original windows. With Daryn's help, we were able to pick out windows that appealed to my wife's interest in maintaining the classic aesthetics of the original windows while meeting my standards for energy efficiency and quality. The crew installed all thirty three windows in just a few days, and the house was cleaner after they left each day than it was when they started (sorry about the dog hair guys!). It was an incredible experience and we recommend them without reservation!!!
