+ -1 moreI recently bought a bank owned house from JoAnn. She was extremely flexible with scheduling showings. Even though the houses were not in the best of conditions (winterized, no electricty, no heat), she came to each showing prepared with all the listing and bank info. After getting out-bid on 2 offers, our 3rd offer was accepted. 3 1/2 months later we closed a 203k loan. Throughout the entire process, JoAnn was speedy with responses, follow-ups, and appointments. She was on top of everything that needed to be done. She was a joy to work with and would strongly recommend her as a buyers agent.
Description of Work: JoAnn spent 7 months showing us houses, making appointments, filling out paperwork and coordinating communications between listing agents, inspectors, mortgage companies and us. She recommended businesses for services we needed done (septic company, contractor, oil company)
