contacted Jeff Reid on 5/30/12 for estimate, got him to do it for agreed price. He stated he would be there the following day early in the morning to patch it, then later in the afternoon to seal it. At noon that day, I call him, he said he was running behind, but would stop by and introduce himself. When I met him in person, he said within 2 hours his crew would be there to get started. At about 7:00 PM that evening I left him a voice mail advising him that it seemed clear that they weren't coming and to give me a call to let me know when he would be coming. On 6/4/12, I left another, much ruder message on his voice mail advising that his buisness practice was unprofessional and I would spread that word. He called me on 6/8 and advised me that his mother was in a car accident and that he had to leave unexpectedly to FL. Maybe he did, maybe he didn't. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and appoligized for the rude message on his voicemail. He said he would come between 9:00 and 10:00 AM on Sunday 6/10/12. Impressed that he worked Sundays I was delighted that I was going to get this done. He showed up around 2:00 PM. He then used my hose to water down his sealer. On top of that, he only applied one coat of the watered down sealer. One day after the job was complete, his patches showed as a brownish purple through the sealer and were cracked everywhere. I will not be contacting the company to fix it, as I have no faith that they will do it right. I will simply go out, buy good sealer, and do the job over.
