Fantastic! From beginning to end the entire job went as well as I could have imagined. The only delay was caused by a flaw in some of the cabinetry purchased straight from the manufacturer. Literally on the last day of the kitchen install, the carpenters opened the last box and there was a huge flaw in several pieces of molding. The contractor rescheduled his team to come back when the new molding arrived. I mention this both to point out that the delay was *not* the fault of my contractor, but also, that he was able to fit us in asap for a quick half day install of the last few pieces of cabinetry. Every member of the team: carpenters, electricians, plumbers, siding installer, were on time every single day! I have personally recommended this company, and the kitchen designer, Linda Leone from Cyr Lumber, many times.

John and his crew were a pleasure to work with from the initial quote through the instalation process. John answered all my questions and returned all my emails quickly. They arrived right on time and the quality of their work was very good. Great ideas on how to customize the trim work around our front door and the end result looks great, just what we wanted. I would not hesitate to use them again.

called the owner and he was at my house several hours later. He went home and drew up a firm estimate and submitted it within the next 24 hours including the estimated time arrival from the factory Doors arrived on time and his crew started the installation process over the next two days Very satisfied with the entire project and all of his crew members. These guys are amazing! A wonderfully professional crew! Polite, courteous, friendly, yet hard working and no nonsense when it comes to getting the job done. They had installed an overhang at our front entry nine years ago and it still looks great today. Recently they installed a beam and removed a load bearing wall which opened things up and dramatically changed the look and feel of the space. They showed up when they said they would. They worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves. They finished in under the time expected to complete the job and at a reasonable price. They are trustworthy and have an excellent work ethic! They went above and beyond to make sure things were done safely and correctly. I feel comfortable and confident in their ability and would recommend them without hesitation. I just can?t say enough good things about them! I think they are going to be our go-to guys for any future work we need done in our home. Thank you so much!

Absolutely the best experience with a contractor! They are the nicest crew I have ever worked with. Always on time and cleaned up at the end of every day. So friendly and accomadating. John answered any question I had. The quality of work was so good I hired him to now redo my main bathroom and put all new windows in my sunroom. I really wish I had more money, so I could keep him here to do more work! At least I know when I'm ready to do more work I will have an amazing contractor. The detail in the new apt. Is awesome. Everything looks beautiful. They explained everything that they were doing during the process. From the foundation, framing,roofing, flooring and drywall. He really took the time to listen to what I really wanted, and made all my visions come to life. Honestly the best contractor to work with!

The contractor came the next morning after the attempted burglary and we discussed the required repairs. He went back and calculated an itemized estimate and sent a copy to me and one for the insurance adjustor The insurance company agreed to pay their responsibility. The contractor ordered materials required. The material arrived and the installation was scheduled. The contractor arrived promptly at the scheduled time and the job was completed The contractor has worked for me on several jobs in the past. I am so happy with him and his staff I wouldn't even put the next job out for a bid. The quality and professionalism were superb

The entire experience could not have gone better. John is very professional and a true perfectionist paying attention to every detail. In addition the crew he works with is second to none. The entire crew was easy to work with and at the end of the day you would not even know they have been there if not for the work performed. The job site was kept spotless.

The crew is great. John is super responsive and friendly, and the company is glad to do small jobs in between major projects. The "new" bathrooms look great!

I highly recommend the service, the estimate process was a breeze and John is very easy to bounce ideas off and will give you a detailed estimate along with referrals quickly. From the first day John and his crew were pleasant to work with, engaging and super friendly. Their attention to detail was great and they allowed me to be involved every step of the way (I work from home so I was on site the entire time.) We ended one week ahead of schedule and now have a fully functioning addition that fit all our hopes and ideas for the new space. On time, and on budget - fantastic!

Our experience with Svencon, was the best we have ever had with contractors. they arrived on time, did everything they said they would do plus more. Svencon is our go to company for anything to do with our house.

My existing wood patio door and started to deteriorate and leak whenever we encountered a heavy rain. I contacted Svenson Contracting for an estimate to remove and replace the existing patio door with a new vinyl clad patio door. I approved the estimate and Svenson Contracting purchased and installed the new patio door. I was very pleased with the new door and the professionalism of the carpenters that installed the new door. They did an excellent job, were very conscientious, courteous and neat. I have some additional work I am planning to have done in the future and I would not hesitate to have them back again.

I had water leakage due to a ice dam. There was damage to the kitchen ceiling hall closet and the garage ceiling. When replacing part of the garage ceiling, it was found that i had a water pipe that was in poor condition and needed to be replaced before it broke. Jon was able to get a plumber right away to fix it at a small cost and the work continued on time.

Great service from start to finish. I met with John Svenson the owner for the quote... He listened to my concerns and detail requirements (to match siding brand, shutters, windows sizes, etc). The crew was very polite and kept the work site spotless. John came up with a creative design for adding two walk-in closets for the Mstr Bedroom. Pulled the proper permits for structural and electrical work. Did a great job protecting my extensive landscaping when roof was being reshingled.. Would recommend to all.... I just became an Angie's member to look for an HVAC company which is why I am posting this a year later...
