+ -1 moreScott Cataldi was straight forward, honest and professional. First, He told us we had a life time warranty on our unit - that it was not necessary to purchase a whole new system. They were able to fix a few things and our system has been running with no problems ever since. His honesty and expertise saved us thousands of dollars.
Description of Work: We had our heating system serviced by another company that tried to tell us that we needed to purchase a whole new unit. We brought Scott from S&E Cataldi in for another opinion.

+ -1 moreEverything went extremely well. Scott and his crew are very skilled, professional, courteous, friendly, and even neat. In regard to the 8 score for punctuality, Scott was always here when he said he would be while working on the job itself. He was a little more lack-a-daisical when it came to follow up stuff, although I admit it's a very busy time of the year. One little criticism would be his eye for aesthetiics when it comes to placement of kill switches and thermostats. They sometimes show up where you least expect them, and he doesn't always put a level on them. That's minor, though, just something to watch.
Description of Work: Installed two Mitsubishi Mini-Split Heat Pump Systems, one with four inside units, the other with three. He also installed a Cozy (brand) Direct-Vent Propane furnace in the second-floor wing.

Description of Work: Myself and wife are both disabled and we had no heat I tried to call heating companies to come and take a look at our heating system around the Holiday and the only call back we received was from S&E Cataldi Heating & Air Conditioning LLC. He was very caring on the phone and came to diagnose the issue by installing two programmable thermostats and by fixing a loose connection in the heating system. I highly recommend this company as they are very responsive and reasonable in price without trying to sell equipment. Thank you S&E as we were able to have a very WARM Holiday! Rich...Derry NH

+ -1 moreI own 8 properties, so I hire lots of contractors, Scott is by far the best I have ever dealt with. He is punctual, reasonable priced, respectful, organized and very nice guy.
Description of Work: Install Mitsubishi Mr. Slim at my home. Then in December he replaced an exiting oil furnace with a gas one.
