Rymes Propane and Oil

Probably one of the worst companies I've ever had the displeasure of working with. I just moved into the area and bought a house. I travel a lot for work and assumed that a delivery had been made in my absence as I had set it up on automatic refill. I come to find my tank almost completely empty and when I call to ask, I get an attitude and called a liar by the customer service person. They said that I did not set it up on automatic but on will call. That is flat out untrue. The customer service person told me to buy diesel fuel and fill it up with 10 gallons until they could deliver on Monday. So I spent over $100 on fuel and gas tanks. Now I'm out of oil and there was the biggest snowstorm of the season, they lied again and said they tried to come out and fill on Monday (in the middle of a snowstorm) and they couldn't get up the driveway. I tried to get them to come out and refill on Tuesday. Spent the majority of the morning and day shoveling snow and spent over $100 on salt and paid a plow $75 to come out and plow. I see on my mailbox a yellow sticker with a passive aggressive note saying "plow your driveway more!" I call to figure out what's going on, and get called a liar again, and told that my driveway isn't safe to come up. So because of THEIR mistake, I'm already out $275 dollars with my furnace about to shut down and praying they come tomorrow to finally fill my tank. This will be the first and last tank they ever fill for me.
