It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Raul came in, looked at the job, quoted me a price and gave me a timeframe of when the work would be completed. He met both the timeframe and price quote! I’d happily do business with him again!

I left Raul a message on a Tuesday and he returned my call in 10 minutes. He was able to come to my house that Friday morning. I appreciated that he called to let me know he was running a few minutes late. He worked very efficiently and practically non-stop. He kept me informed of his progress and willingly answered my questions. He was unable to finish everything the same day (he stayed late on a Friday). He kept in touch the following week to discuss the most convenient day to return. He returned Saturday afternoon and finished everything by evening. He was very professional, yet very friendly. I called him and set up an appointment to give us an estimate. He arrived the day and time he promised (he even called to confirm the day before). He looked at our laundry list of things and after we agreed on the price Mr. Martinez said he could start that week. He purchased all of the items (at our request) and completed the job that week as promised in a very neat and professiona manner. Mr. Martinez responded promptly to my phone call and came out to give me an estimate. He performed the work when he said he would and was very professional and conscientious. Raul is a very friendly individual who even got along with my dog who is a bit of a grouch. Needless to say, I was very pleased with the work that Raul did and would not hesitate to use him again or refer to a friend. Also, I might add that his rates are very reasonable.

Best Electric did a great job. The price was right, they were ontime and on budget. They were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to provide great service.

I called the company and Raul answered the phone. I told him what was happening and he offered to come right over. He told me what it would cost to come out and I agreed. When he got here, I told him the symptoms and he went to work looking for the problem. Ultimately, he found the problem, explained it, replaced the malfunctioning parts and now everything is working fine.

Raul was efficient and professional and did great work. I would gladly use him again.

Raul was very personable, hard working, honest, and conscientious. He ran into a few unexpected challenges, which took him a lot longer than expected, and didn't increase his price. He didn't take any shortcuts even when I told him it would be okay. I can highly recommend Raul for your electrical needs and will only use his services in the future for myself.

I contacted Mr. Martinez after a friend recommended him. We set up at time for him to come out and give me an estimate for the work I desired. He then told me of a quality brand ceiling fan that was reasonably priced. I purchased the fans for about $40 apiece at Home Depot. After picking a time that worked well with my schedule on a Saturday, he came and installed everything exactly where I wanted them, including the wall switch. About half way through the job, he discovered a hot wire that was hooked to an incorrect breaker, which I had installed last year. He did an extensive check, found the problem and corrected it for me. When he was finished, he checked to insure that both fans were completely level and working properly. After a good clean up, he made sure I was totally satisfied with the job before he left.
