When our existing water tank started to falter we knew we needed to upgrade. Derry Plumbing and Heating installed a phenomenal tankless system for our 3800+ sq foot home and we never had a reason to complain. Our energy costs went down and we always had hot water for our family of 5 and numerous guests.

Derry Plumbing and Heating is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any call. I have never been disappointed with the work they performed. They go out of their way to accommodate the various needs of an 11 building complex with both heating and plumbing concerns.

I hired Derry Plumbing and Heating to come to my house to do some work in the bathroom. They were extremely professional, polite, and very reasonably priced. The owner, Dave, was very professional, knowledgeable, and was able to answer all my questions. The technician that came to my house was very respectful of my property and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Derry Plumbing and Heating for any plumbing you need, and I will definitely use them in the future.

Informed owner Dave we would not recommend his company to anyone based on his threatening attitude at the completion of the job. He misrepresented timeframe by stating his work was a week out. He supplied portable heat once we confirmed the system and provided 20% deposit. Then proceeded to delay ordering the system for two weeks. The job did not start until 25 days after initial agreement. On the first day we were informed we would have to cut joists and holes in the ceiling for the installation. Although the contract indicated we were responsible for carpentry it was never made clear that would include cutting the holes in the ceiling. We relocated our water pipes to avoid additional delays. The estimated turnaround was three days but took five, and we provided 8 hours of work for the installation. In order to complete our records we asked for documentation of the job and requested a copy of the revised contract, name/model/warranty of the system and name of the electrician, and we would forward the remaining 8% immediately. That is when the owner became irate and threatening. We have had a multitude of projects performed on our properties in various states and have never been treated like this by any contractor. We cannot emphasize strongly how we would not recommend this company and owner to anyone. His contentious, aggressive and threatening attitude is unprecedented, unprofessional and disturbing. Stay clear.

Working with LPH was very simple. Dave showed up on time for appointment for the estimate. Brian and Denny showed up on time for the install and worked non-stop until the job was done. They had to trouble shoot some issues due to the older house construction but it all worked out well. They did very nice work and were open to my requests. I would definitely recommend LPH.
