house cleaning
 + -1 moreThey come in a team of two and in all three times there were here, one person was good and one person was bad. They use their own cleaning supplies and I think their vacuum cleaners and floor mops are not the best.
Description of Work: They did their basic list of 41 items. This included washing floors, bathroom, kitchen, and other things.

 + -1 moreFor the most part, MaidPro does a reasonably good job, but more often than not, they usually leave one item on their checklist undone. One week, it will be that they have checked off that the carpets were vacuumed, when they were not, or they completely miss one of the toilets, or they miss one of the counter tops, or they miss one of the appliances. The rest of the house looks great, but it gets kind of annoying after a while to have an item missed. For example, after the last visit, I had to vacuum all of the are rugs in the living ding area as they were still in sad shape with dog hair. The hardwood floors were gleaming, but the rugs were a mess and untouched. Ugh!
Description of Work: Clean a 3 bedroom home once every two weeks. The price is what we pay per visit
