But there is a foot of snow on the roof! No Problem, he said, we'll take care of it! The crew completed the work in only a day and half and it looks great. Considering all the snow in the yard, they did a nice job with clean up and we are very pleased to have chosen DEFRANCESCO SNH QUALITY ROOFING.

I called Steve and he was a nice enough guy, when I called him back to do the job in July he would not respond. guess he didn't want to do the job.

Team of 6/7 hard-working men, working 2 1/2 very long days. (Came back on Saturday morning to finish.) Also replaced trim around garage at no additional cost. Meticulous in their clean-up and prompt removal of dumpster on property.

Imet with Stephen DeFrancesco as we began our estimate process. Right from then, he set the bar so high that all of our other estimates couldn't even compare. His level of professionalism and care was above and beyond what we expected. After receiving 7 more estimates afterwards, we contacted Stephen and proceeded with the job. Within two weeks his team was on site completing the job. The crew showed up on time each day and cleaned up THOROUGHLY each night, and the debris was thrown into a dumpster that was delivered onsite. The level of communication was exemplary, and the manner in which the crew worked was nothing short of amazingly professional. I consider myself to be extremely critical, especially of small details, and I would highly endorse and recommend Stephen and his crew to anyone. I was 110% satisfied with the quality of service and product, as I gained so much more than just a new roof... I gained peace of mind, and complete satisfaction.

What I liked about him is that he came out and gave us a detailed, itemized written bill. His crew was fantastic. Even though it was the middle of winter they cleaned up as best they could. They were in and out of here quickly. They all spoke English too, they were very professional. They were wonderful! He was always available, and always returned our calls. He oversaw everything and came in at the end to give us all the information on our warranty. I recently contacted him for a quote on new windows.

Overall, it went well. Because of extensive travel plans we weren't able to have the job done until November. We would have prefered to have had it completed in October.

It has been truly a pleasure working with Steve and his team. Our job was fairly complex. We needed to have the rafters replaced and the roof deck, also before having the new steel roof PLUS removing and installing new siding and insulation. They understood what needed to be done and did it perfectly. If you need work done, call Steve. you'll be glad you did. His crew was very professional.
