+ -1 moreMike came by within 24 hours to diagnose the issue (no heat; fortunately we had heat in other zones in the house). He ordered the blower motor, which took two days, and came right away once it arrived to install it. It was a very cold week, and we had to compete for attention with several others who had heating issues. Some providers I'd called could not come for a first visit for several days. I'm glad we found Mike Audette, who dealt very professionally with the problem, remained in communication with us, and met all commitments punctually.
