I've hired them twice. He's really good and does an excellent job so I wanted to give him a good survey.

Fabulous! Barry works tirelessly to make everything perfect. I am fussy! He is meticulous and takes his time. I can’t imagine anyone being dissatisfied! Call ahead! He is in demand! His wife, Diane, does the scheduling and is very helpful, as well.

I hired Barry to steam clean carpets in a home I just purchased. It was previously occupied by a bachelor, his kids, and a dog. The carpets were in sad shape (worn and stained all over). Barry worked some kind of magic and the carpets look like new! They smell great too! They were wet for the rest of the day, but dry by the next morning. I would absolutely use Barry again (and plan to!)

Barry worked for two hours cleaning the very old carpets in the three rooms. When he finished the carpets looked fantastic. We have two house cats and a dog and try to keep the carpets as clean as possible,but Barry always does the job right,he takes the time to insure you are happy with his work. One recent review said good but expensive,I think you get what you pay for. These days you are lucky to have someone come to your door for less than $75 or 85 before the work starts. Considering fuel costs,cleaning materials and running the truck cleaning machine for two hours, I think We got a good deal. We used Barry last year with the same great results.I will be calling Diane about this time next year to schedule our next carpet cleaning.

We have had carpets cleaned many times prior to this occasion in other properties. We were amazed at how All Pro Services went above and beyond to clean very challenging stains and traffic dirt from previous tenants. They came back voluntarily, to the empty unit,to take on the challenge of cleaning and scrubbing ( or whatever they did). In the end they saved us from having to replace carpet. We were so impressed with their commitment and above the norm standard. I highly recommend All Pro Services. I will be using them as a regular vendor in my business as well. Thanks All Pro!

It was a pleasure working with All Pro Services! I am in the process of moving from Tampa to Derry and they were easy to work with over the phone and made arrangements to meet my sister at the home. They were prompt, reasonably price and did a great job.

Diane was the initial contact and she was very polite and professional. She made an appointment for Christine to come out and look at my house and give me an estimate for spring cleaning my and quot;entireand quot; house as well as washing all windows. Christine arrived for estimate, a little late but I did receive a call from Diane ahead of time informing me they were running a little behind schedule. I appreciated the call as this means they value my time as well as their's. Christine arrived with her dad and they did a thorough evaluation and inspection of my home, made notes in every room and re-counted all windows from the outside. Within a day I received an email from Diane with the estimate which was not the lowest and not the highest. I really felt comfortable with them when they came into my home, family owned small business, regular people and decided they were the company for me. On the day of cleaning there were five family members that showed up. It had rained the day before and forecast was a bit unsettled for the next day. I was unsure of window cleaning with rain so waited to remove inside grills from windows until they arrived. I specifically spoke with Christine and explained that the grills in our windows were hard to take in and out and I did not want my husband to do it unless they were able to clean them. She said that the forecast looked fine and they cleaned hundreds of homes and had no need for my husband to take the grills out. She assured me that they had tools to do it and never said another thing about it. I was home for another three hours organizing the garage and not once did she come down and ask for help with the window grills. They started cleaning about 9:30 and at 3:45 after I was gone to an engagement she told my husband that they were not going to have time to finish. They would not be able to touch the finished basement and could not get to the exterior windows in the sun room. She complained that the window grills took a lot of time to remove and put back and they would work until 4:30 and that she and quot;shouldand quot; be charging more than the agreed price but would take $850, as that was what she quoted. She complained about broken down vehicles and seemed very stressed. My husband paid the $850. and I came home to an unfinished clean home. I had to rate and quot;Cand quot; on price even though I agreed to the price paid. Things were not completed as well as the stainless steel appliances were a mess and I had to re-do with my own cleaner...the oven was not cleaned...the sliding glass door in the kitchen had finger prints and dog nose prints and was never touched. Unfortunately I can not recommend this company to anyone and was not in agreement with my husband that they should have been paid the full amount quoted. I will admit all five people worked hard cleaning that day but if you are in business and quote a job for a certain price then that should be the price you expect to get paid. If you can not finish what is included in the price given I would have expected them to come back and finish on another agreed upon time or take money off the original estimated price.

He did an excellent job and was very professional. He had a cancellation so could actually come earlier than planned. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

I was actually amazed that the carpet in our bedroom came as clean as it did, since it was stained primarily from lotion from my feet. I was worried that we would pay the money, and still have to have it replaced before we sold our house. However, Barry did a great job. We had moved all of the furniture ourselves except for one couch as we had recently had the carpets stretched. I can't seem to find the receipt, but I'm pretty sure that it was around $500.00. I do know that I got another estimate, and it was quite a bit higher.

It went fantastic!!!!!! Looks like I have a brand new floor!!!!! They arrived on time and went right to work. To top it off, they had to be the nicest people I have ever met. We had a long talk and felt like we had been friends for years! I would have them again in a minuet. They are the BEST!!! Also want to mention Diane who called to set up everything. Very polite!!!! Nice family!!!!!

Excellent job from start to finish

He came on time. He moved all furniture and steamed the rugs.

I could go on and on and on here about how much I LOVED this company!!! I thought my carpets were stained for good! They got out the stains!! It looks BRAND NEW AGAIN!! Same thing for an old and quot;Yard Saleand quot; sofa I had them clean.....BRAND NEW!!! On time, Professional, Courteous, Reasonable price, Quick call back, Absolutely DELIGHTFUL woman (his wife) I spoke with to make the appointment.....etc...etc...etc!!!! With out a doubt....I WILL BE USING THIS COMPANY ON A YEARLY IF NOT EVERY 6 MTH BASIS!! In closing....let me use this comparison.... Imagine you have to take your car to the mechanic for a repair it needs to have. Of course you expect to have the repair done correctly and hope it will be at reasonable price. You get your car back and surprisingly at a reasonable price and all is well. Now you get your car on the road and realize that not only is your car fixed correctly and that your wallet didn't get hit hard but that....now your car runs EVEN BETTER THAN IT DID BEFORE IT WAS BROKEN!!!! It even drives FASTER!! They even cleaned the interior and washed the outside!! You feel like you got MORE THAN WHAT YOU PAID FOR!! Hows that??!! That's how I would compare this company!!!

In each instance I could not have asked for better service. The gentleman who cleaned carpets and furniture worked diligently and checked in with me frequently to assess his progress/work. He was wonderful! When the tile cleaners came, they too got right to work and left the floor absolutely beautiful.In each instance the work was professional, the personnel was very professional and friendly, the job was done very, very well, and the house was left in perfect condition when they finished.

The old Congoleum kitchen floor was restored to new. Absolutely beautiful job! I am very impressed and will definitely use again. These are professional people who care about the job they do so well. :)

They did a good job. It was the first time I used them. I would recommend them and use them again. They are very professional and on time and I didn't have to wait around for them.

I contacted this company based on the excellent reports from Angie's List, and was not disappointed. Barry's wife returned my phone message and was very pleasant. She took into consideration our jobs as teachers and suggested that we could schedule the cleaning for a Monday holiday (Columbus Day), which was just a few days away from our initial contact. Talk about FAST service!!!!! She was able to provide a pretty accurate estimate (that I thought was shockingly low) and timetable for how long the services would take. She also called on the day of the cleanings to let us know that Barry had gotten hung up at another site and was running just a bit behind schedule. How considerate!!! Barry was very personable and explained to us what he would be doing, then went right to work and worked for nearly 4 hours without pause. He was incredibly thorough and did an amazing job on the carpeting. He has incredible experience and knowledge about his craft and carpeting and gave us some great tips for future stain removal. At the end of the day, the fee charged was even LESS than the initial estimate (we were expecting the opposite once he actually saw what the job would be), and our rooms of carpeting and sofa look like brand new again!! We will certainly use this company again and we give them the highest recommendation!

The living room has a light colored carpet that is over 15 years old. It looked evenly bright and clean when he was finished. The other areas turned out fine too, but are a darker color so the contrast from dirty to clean is not as visually apparent.

He got the ware and tare areas that we didn't think would be able to be cleaned and he got that all up. They are extremelly professional. He was on time. He took his time to explain things. The price was reasonable. He also gave us suggestions for future. He was super effecient. His equipment was very high tech.

We contacted All Pro, a family run business, almost a month ago for floor and carpet cleaning. We had delays due to painters and when we called to schedule the cleaning they could only schedule the tile/vinyl floor cleaning prior to our putting our house on the market Diane, who answers the phone and schedules was extremely pleasant and completely understood our need to get our carpets done prior to their next available time. She gave us a reminder call the day before the tile/vinyl floor cleaning. Richard and his wife called prior to their arrival to let us know they were on the way. Also ask if we had air conditioning if we could turn it on due to the high humidity. They wanted to make sure the floors would dry prior to sealing. They carefully protected all carpeted areas as well as our newly painted baseboard. They worked quickly and efficiently and we were left with beautiful shiny floors. I had doubts that the floors would clean as well as they did as the tile had never been sealed and both the tile and vinyl are 19 years old. They were unable to fully remove one stain in the vinyl floor which we expected but they definitely made it look a whole lot better. These are very humble people who take pride in what they do. We would definitely hire them again and probably should have waited for son-in-law to clean our carpet.
