Here is what occurred:Mr. Accord with A Very Good Cleaning Cleaning Co. was most punctual and friendly.The carpets were pre-treated for stains.Carpets were cleaned with cleaning/water solution which had deordorizers in it. I was lead to believe that the carpet protection twas applied as the carpet moisture extraction occurred. I was also told hat the carpet would be dry in about 8 hours.On Nov. 20, 2015, some 28 hours after the cleaning, I called Mr. Acciard to inform him that the carpets took over a day to dry and that I had to rum fans to help the process along. He appreciated the feedback and said he probably had a blockage in a filter. Since we had purchased the house within the year and it came with several rug stains, he asked if most of there spots in the carpet were removed.Most stains did get removed. He was willing to return to try to remove all stains. We also discussed the "microscopic pre-inspection and the dry vacuum to loosen the ground-in stains and dirt." He was unaware of that part of THE BIG DEAL and said he could have brought his vacuum. I must also trust that the carpet fiber softener, deodorization and carpet protector were applied, since the company has an A rating with over 200 reviews.My concerns are with the Angie's List BIG DEAL.The promotion lead me to believe that I was truly getting a superior, all inclusive service. I did not get what Angie's List said. My carpets were cleaned in one hour for $225. I have now had three conversations with the Angie's List Commerce Support Team always urging me to complete this service review. In my mind, Angie's List and the service provider need to be on the same page before the details of a BIG DEAL are posted on Angie's website.The ratings below should not be read as a criticism of A Very Good Cleaning Company, but rather about the accuracy of what services are to be provided in the promotion and on site.

There are already so many positive reviews about Mark, I just want to repeat that. He is good, there is no question about it, will go with him again. And no one can beat his price for the quality of his service.

Mark was very professional and got back tombs right away. Carpets look great. We would definitely recommend.

Before I called to set up appointment, I read all the reviews and was very impressed. The appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM and Mark arrived right on time. I was very impressed when he inquired whether it would be alright to leave the door ajar as he'd seen my cat scurry away when he arrived. He pretreated areas which were especially soiled and was done in about 45 minutes, and the chair looked very good. As it dried that afternoon, I noticed some soil marks which had not come out. I called him, he apologized & asked that I wait until the entire chair was thoroughly dry, then he would touch up all areas at once. I called yesterday morning, he was back at 1:45, exactly the time he'd given me. He recleaned the entire chair and it looks brand new and I couldn't be more pleased! Mark is very responsive to his customers and concerned that they are satisfied with the work completed. I would highly recommend A Very Good Cleaning Company to anyone!

Deodorizing didn't work at all. Not sure if it was his product or the carpet was too far gone.

The owner was very nice and friendly. He was quick and efficient. However, something happened with the client before me resulting in a 45 min.delay for my appointment and that was disappointing because it affected my schedule that day. While the smell from the deodorizing was typical, I was hoping maybe to notice a more powerful or pleasant odor. Other than those minor issues, the overall job was fine.
