Description of Work: This is the second time that I have used Mark to clean both wall to wall carpets and brick and tile floors. Mark is prompt, trustworthy, courteous and truly cares about doing a great job. He even emailed me progress shots to show the difference between how the dirty carpet looks and how it looked as he was cleaning it.

Description of Work: My primary purpose in having this group come was to clean a secondhand sectional that I had bought.The gentleman who came was very personable and professionally presented. He called me to let me know that he would be late which I very much appreciated. He was very chatty, nice person who talked avidly about his son, who is great at football. He graciously added two additional chairs to the work order and was very accommodating. So I liked him very much. The cleaning job on the couch however wasn't great and I think that that it related to the fact that he didn't think it was that dirty. So I don't feel he did a thorough job at all...the couch still had lines of dirt that were on it and just after he left I realized that he forgot to do the exterior sides of the corner chair of the sectional. The two upholstered chairs that he cleaned were corduroy and in cleaning against the grain, left significant marks across it that I couldn't get out. So nice person but to my standard, a mediocre job. Not sure if the conversation was just distracting or what. In all fairness I never called him back to address the issues and figured I'd leave it at that and use someone else when I needed cleaning again.

Description of Work: Mark, upon looking over upholstery, advised that he didn't believe he could clean the sofa to my satisfaction and did not want to take my money. I asked that he try one pillow to see how it went which he did. The stains caused by a pet did not disappear. I appreciated his honesty and should I have another piece to be cleaned in the future, I would not hesitate to call him.

Description of Work: Mark came out to clean our first floor rugs due to excessive cat urination at the baseboards... |He and I spoke for about 20 mins when I was setting the appt and he set very clear expectations around what could happen (given the extent of the cat urine in our rugs...). I was comfortable with our discussion and decided to still give him a try! |He called in advance of the appt time to see if he could arrive early and I gladly accepted! |From the moment he arrived mark was professional and spent time explaining what he was going to do and what I could expect. |It took him under an hour to do everything he needed and given the smaller area of carpet he ended up cleaning he charged me less than he'd quoted over the phone. |Overall I was extremely pleased with the services I received and I highly recommend mark and his cleaning company for any floor cleaning needs!!! |

Description of Work: I got the Big Deal which was $99, for three areas of carpet cleaning. Mark was a pleasure to deal with. He was on time, friendly, professional, and very thorough. He paid special attention to any stained areas. The job was done in the given timeframe. My carpets look great! I would definitely call for future cleanings.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpets + upolstery. Did not spot clean upholstery first (light colored canvas type material) so spots remained after cleaning . Returned to redo cushions, but were streaked when dried. Closer inspection by myself revealed ottoman sides also not cleaned sufficiently -scuff marks remained.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpets throughout our condo. It went very well, and the gentleman was very professional, until the very end, when we requested that a couple of small areas that looked less clean than the rest of the job be re-touched, and he said he had to go on to the next customer, and couldn't spend another minute at our house. We chalked it up as response to the season (it was busy), but it did bother me.

Mark did a fantastic job, he even went behind my bed which is set up kitty cornered. he was professional and efficient and very pleasant to chat with.
