Good morning ma'am, I am a bit confused by this review. I have reviewed all of my appointments for the past year, and I do not have your name. Further I have only had four jobs in Stratham in the past year, and none at this address. On 8/10/17 I was out of town, and had no appointments. I have performed no services at your home. Perhaps you are confusing me with another Carpet Cleaner.

it did not .
Description of Work: needed to have two recliners cleaned. I got a very quick email response to chose a date. Then I requested a time of arrival MANY times and did not get a response. Contractor did not call or show up.!

Good morning, with all due respect, I did send an email suggesting the date, asking if that worked for you, I never got a response saying yes with a time. I did receive an email at 10 am on the suggested morning, and responded immediately apologizing for the miscommunication and offering to come over immediately, and never got a response to that email either. I greatly apologize for the miscommunication, and am certain it is my fault. Next time you need carpets, tile, or upholstery cleaned, please give me a call, and I will give you a discount to make up for all of this. Again I humbly apologize for your experience. Description of Work: I will never use Angie's service again. The carpets when dry were just as dirty as when he started. no furniture was moved or blocked. There was dust and dead wet bugs left under the radiators. It took him all of 45 minutes and I wish I would have never went with this deal. I do not want him back but would like to be at least partially reimbursed. I could have done a better job myself.

Merry Christmas [Member Name Removed] I am very sorry your were unhappy, especially as this is the first I am hearing about it. As I tell all my customers, should there be anything you are unhappy with or feel should have come better PLEASE give ma a call and I will return at no charge. With all due respect you purchased a 3rm. coupon that did not include vacuuming or furniture moving, However I do move sofa/ loveseats, etc. in living rooms, but I advise all my clients that in bedrooms, beds dressers etc. do not move usually. Once again I am terribly sorry that you were disappointed, and would be happy to return and clean them again for you. Should you wish to do this simply give me a call Thank you Mark
