Mark was very good at explaining his service right from the first call. He arrived on time and I was amazed at the equipment that he had and how quickly he was able to do the job and with very little notice that he was in the house. Very efficient. The job was excellent. Mark is very personable, the price was right and I would certainly hire him again.

I could not have been happier with the job done on my carpets by Mark! THe family room carpet was very dirty - lots of pasta parties with high schoolers! He was very professional and punctual and was very patient when I had to re-schedule because of family emergencies. I will definitely have him back again - I have more carpets and floors that need to be done!

I called this company very last minute to have 5 rooms of my house's carpets cleaned. Even though I was still getting things off the floors when the company arrived, the owner was very patient and gave me a few hours to complete readying the place. After cleaning bedrooms, hall, stairs, and living room, he took what I thought was an irretrievably stained family room carpet and made it look like new. Couldn't be happier!

We just bought a house in Windham,Nh and saw that the carpeting was very dirty especially in 3 rooms. I had called Mark before the closing on the house to arrange for a cleaning day. He came on time, was very personable, got right to work and worked for four hours. One room he did over three times and it looks great. I would highly recommend him.

We had to re schedule once due to my husband working a double shift and needing to sleep. My fault that he came anyways. I had emailed him and he did not recieve it. Called him again and he was able to come by the very next day. He was going to be 5-10 minutes late and called right away to tell my husband and I. Very professional.

Mark is prompt, courteous and professional. He gave a very good price for the work done and the carpets looked real good after he was finished. He then locked up and checked back with me to see if I was satisfied.

Mark was great!! We had him clean two bedroom carpets. I was not home when he arrived but he was very courteous and polite to my wife. He came right on time as promised and had a positive and friendly attitude through out the time he was here. He also took the time to show my wife at about the 1/2 way point how the cleaning was coming out. He right away informed my wife about the heavy grease stains from over a year ago that were embedded into the carpet, saying that they may not come completely out due to how long the stains have been there. He also said if the carpet wasn't to our satisfaction he would come right out again and clean the carpets for free, which I thought was very professional of him. Needless to say when I got home to see the job completed I was amazed at how much of the heavy grease stains Mark was able to remove. We honestly thought we were going to need to replace the carpet in that room, but thanks to Mark and his great service we were able to save hundreds of dollars on replacement carpets!! Thanks again Mark for the great work! We will definitely recommend you to our friends and family.

Mark, the owner, picks up the phone himself and is nearly always available to take your call. He actually came out on a Friday night after we closed on our home to make sure the carpets would be dry by the time we got there the next day with the truck! Couldn't believe the level of service. I'm very happy with the carpets, too! I completely, 100% recommend him to anyone in the Atkinson/Hampstead/Salem/Plaistow area.

The first positive carpet cleaning experience I have had in years...definitely will bring back, next time for upholstery. He was prompt, courteous and professional and VERY thorough, walking through each room and inquiring as to nature of each stain or spot. The results were wonderful, the price was extremely reasonable and I will look forward to both recommending and bring back again.

Mark was terrific to work with and did a great job. came in and cleaned two rooms - one large, one awkwardly shaped - with wall to wall carpeting, and added on two additional projects (area rug and grout cleaning) as we realized we needed the additional work. The grout cleaning was especially impressive - the floor was 1-2 shades lighter after his work. In addition, Mark was response and very flexible with us - and he honored a coupon that was available online but actually expired, which was a nice above-and-beyond gesture.

He arrived on time, worked hard, and did a good job. Can't ask for more than that.

Mark responded promptly to an email request for a quote. I described the job to him, including the approximate square footage. He got back to me with a quote per square foot to give a idea of the cost, including what the jod entailed. We agreed on a day to do the work. He called that morning stating traffic was heavy and he would be a little later - nice that he let us know. Showed up on time, gave an official quote, which was the same as over the phone. Mark did all the cleaning, very professional and good work. He reccommended we have the grout sealed and he will be back next week to do that work Very good experience and will use him again

He was great to work with. Responded quickly to emails and was easy to book a time with for an in home estimate. Gave us an estimate and held to it when the work was done despite a couple of months passing from the time of estimate to the time we had booked the cleaning to be done. Gave a realistic idea of how much improvement we could expect in the carpet and furniture and then when the work was done, it exceeded our (and his) expectations! It looks like new furniture again. Very punctual, reliable, and friendly! We would highly recommend him.

Mark Acciord arrived within a half hour of the estimated time of arrival. He did a thorough assessment of the carpets and area rugs. It was clear that he was very knowledgeable about which carpets/rugs were suited for steam cleaning. (He recommended another vendor for our hand tufted wool carpet). He was friendly, efficient, and the results were outstanding. We've hired other carpet clearners in the past, and Mark provided a superior service for a very reasonable price.

Dave was the only Angie's List carpet cleaner that responded to my e-mails, so he got the job. He was very prompt when he showed up for his estimate, and when he came to do the work. We have no kids, or pets, so, while the carpets weren't THAT bad (in my opinion!) they were showing traffic patterns, and there were a couple of small stains that needed his attention. In all honesty, as a guy with an untrained eye, I noticed a marginal difference, but when the wife got home she LOVED the "new" carpets! She thought he did a fantastic job...and she's the boss!

We have 3 rooms with Berber carpet that we have had trouble getting cleaned in the past. My daughters bedroom rug is light colored & had some bad stains from our dog. I called A Very Good Cleaning Company & Mark came by the next day. He cleaned all the rugs and got the stains out with no trouble. His price was better than the bigger cleaning companies & included deodorizing & stain removal. He also cleaned the tile in small mud room free of charge. I am very happy with the way the rugs came out & will definitely have Mark clean them again.

Mark is my neighbor, and I have seen his truck around, and heard about him from neighbors, so when I needed my carpets cleaned I called him first. He came in, looked at my problems, did some kind of test to tell what kind of carpet I had, gave me a quote, and we scheduled the work. The day before the work was to be done, Mark called just to reconfirm, and make sure nothing had changed. He showed up 5 minutes early, did exactly what he said he would. He managed to get out all of our stains, and our carpets had not been cleaned in over 2 years! He did the furniture, he even deodorized the carpets for free! When he left our house smelled like oranges, it was wonderful. I will definitely use him again.
