Description of Work: I found Mark here on Angie's List. I was pleased to find a carpet and upholstery cleaner who would also do area rugs on the spot. I also wanted steam cleaning. Mark did 3 rooms of wall to wall carpet plus hall as well as some area rugs (I do not have Oriental rugs which need special treatment.) and my couch. all at one time. Talk about saving time and trouble. It had been too long since I had had my rugs cleaned and they really needed it. They came out very well. I will definitely contact Mark again and I won't wait so long this time. The only thing I would say is to realize ahead of time is that although he said rugs would be dry in a few hours, it really took until the next day for them to be dry and I was running fans and an airconditioner. That was ok, but just be aware of the longer drying time. Also, if you have area rugs done, you need a porch or deck to dry them outside on. Just follow up info to share. I was ver pleased with the service and cost.

Description of Work: Mark was prompt,efficient,and professional. What a difference in my carpets! Had two berber carpets that were abused by two small children, from choc milk to popsicles stains that look brand new now. Thanks Mark ! Will DEFINITELY recommend you to all my family and friends!!!

Description of Work: We called and asked to have our carpets cleaned the same day we signed for the house. Mark was very accommodating. We had a couple spots the previous owners has said the tried several times to clean and could not get them clean. My wife even asked me if we should even try to clean them. Well what a surprise all the carpets cane our great.

Description of Work: I have never seen my rugs look so good. Mark was right on time was very pleasant and did an outstanding job! I had my bedroom rug, office, hallways, stairs and family room done. Stains that I never dreamed would come out have.My hallway, bedroom, & office rugs are 20 years old and looked pretty beaten up before he did them. Now they look brand new. I was amazed that there was no after smell. Generally when I have had my rugs cleaned before there was always a smell that lingered for days. If you walked in my house after they were done you would never know he did them- except that they look great. I will definitely use him again and noticed that he does tile and grout cleaning as well. I am going to wait and see if he offers a deal on them if so I would definitley hire him. So glad I joined ANgies list and found him. You can not beat the price I generally have spent 200 to 300 dollars on other companies.Linda
