A J Morin Painting

Note- this is not a review about the quality of work. I emailed the company via Angie's list but the company never responded. In my opinion, even if you are busy I feel the professional thing to do is to let the person know and not just ignore them. It does indicate what you can expect if you do enter into a contract and what you can expect in terms of responsiveness and professionalism.

I met AJ Morin the week before the work was executed. We stood in the driveway and looked at the house and I told him what I needed as assistance. The weather was still too cold to do the work. I told him I had picked him from Angie's List because he described himself as a" handyman" and all the other parties that had used him said that he was fair and very diligent --- and they were very happy with his work. He immediately recognized the roof moss problem and understood how to safely clean it and not damage the shingles. He did an outstanding job. He suggested that we use the "no rot" plastic boards to replace the damaged fascia boards. I agreed with the choice. And he said he could hook up the porch lights as long as the wiring was already in place --- he noted that he is not an electrician. We agreed on price and he executed the work as soon as the weather permitted. I paid for his time and also the materials needed. It was a little expensive but the work was good. He cleaned up everything after he was finished. He provided all the tools, materials, and ladders needed. I made a water spigot available and provided an electrical outlet for power for the tools.

AJ was prompt, only ask for money up front for materials and gave me all receipts. Work was done on time and exactly as stated. AJ would also offer professional alternatives for price and appearance. The work had much details and looks great. Would use AJ again.

Very satisfied and impressed with AJ.

Everything was done within 2 months no cost overruns. Everything was on time and looks beauitful

A. J. was great. I had a good feeling about him from the beginning. He provided an estimate for the work we agreed on and told me how he would proceed and what he would do. It was more then what I expected and his work proved to be outstanding throughout. I added tasks as the worked progressed and it was no issue for him. His added cost for everything was more then reasonable. The house looks great, the quality of the work is second to none. The work was performed within the timeframe we both agreed to. I will not hessitate to call on A. j. again in the future. He's on speed dial!

AJ Painting was refer from a friend. From the first phone call to end of the job AJ was polite, professional, honest, prompt, and the work was outstanding. I started with the three rooms that needed painting and the quality of the work was so good I continue to add the work. AJ wasalways on time and price.
