+ 7 moreIn all regards Bob was responsive, punctual, professional and excellent to work with. His skills are very good and I can count on him to do the job right. He is also pleasant to work with. He answers my messages and questions quickly, and the subs he brings are very good. I feel his prices are fair (this is not my first job with him) and he stays with a job until it is done even if it means juggling other jobs. I referred him to friends who needed an extensive repair after a fire and they were happy as well.
Description of Work: Updated a 1950's bungalow with the following services: installed new laminate floors, moved cabinets, installed interior & exterior doors, tore out and installed a new bathroom, and took care of a variety of smaller carpentry jobs. He brought in the plumber and used additional carpenters when needed to keep the schedule. He did not provide most materials, at my request, but communicated well as to what was needed.

+ -1 moreIt went fine! Every project, no problems. He has replaced and tiled a walk in shower, built a fancy deck railing, replaced a garage roof, fixed kitchen cabinets, rehung antique doors so they close properly - and he can build entire houses.
Description of Work: I have used this carpenter/builder for a variety of home repairs to properties that I manage in the Boston area where he works. He is thorough, pleasant, punctual, responsive, and does a more than professional job. His prices are also excellent. I will continue to use him for any projects that involve any sort of carpentry. He also cleans up very well and works well with other local vendors.
