Description of Work: The drain was clogged and my tenant used Drano to unclog the drain. I had him come out to put another trap in it and reangle the pipe.

+ -1 moreafter using services twice; this plumbing service was good... but after acceptance of estimate, and scheduling of service; "First Response Plumbing"; was a NO SHOW , leaving us with an issue... since NO response by plumber was ever received until reconnected by cell #; plumber only then acknowledged NOT willing to do the job... DO NOT USE.... !!!
Description of Work: 3rd plumbing job was never started or completed --- NOTHING done... Plumber was a NO Show... rejected job only after reconnecting... by cell ##

Description of Work: Perfect in every way. Frank called me back promptly after I left him a message and he showed up when he said he was going to. Fixed everything the same day and the charge was very reasonable. I will use them again and I highly recommend them over other plumbers in the area. It's so hard to get people in the Conway NH area to do what they say they are going to that when you find someone who does it's a wonderful thing. Thanks again Frank.

+ 0 moreOn the furnace job, Frank stuck to his estimate despite some unexpected complications. His price was significantly lower than the local gas company's estimate. He returned promptly to make adjustments. Frank has been my plumber for at least a dozen years and has never disappointed. He answers his own phone and comes when he says he will, even in the middle of the night. And he gives me a senior citizen discount!
Description of Work: Frank McKenney and his helper installed a new gas furnace and adapted it to my antiquated ductwork. This was only the latest in a series of installations and repairs that he's done for me: installed new toilet, sink, dishwasher and gas stove, re-installed dryer and clothes washer, repaired numerous old faucets and drains.
