+ -1 moreRobert arrived promptly and immediately got to work on the carpets. He was able to remove the stains and spent some extra time to remove as much water a possible to facilitate the drying on a cold, rainy day. My off-white berber carpets now look great and I'm very happy with the job. Robert's professionalism, punctuality, and friendliness are outstanding. The final price was within a few dollars of the phone estimate. I would highly recommend him.
