I wish I'd seen the review listed here before we called Hallmark. We experienced the same issue. Their rep came to our home and did measurements for siding and said we'd have the quote within a few days. We called a day later and were going to request an additional quote for the roof as well, but we were told we could discuss this upon the day they would present the quote. It would have been nice if he understood we were trying to offer them additional work and therefor would be a good idea to have a prepared estimate at the time of the meeting for the quote, but the salesman wasn't interested in the details. We called yesterday 3-11-15 to reach out about the additional quote request, but there was a message on his line that said "this phone number is not receiving calls at this time". It's too bad, we were hoping to give a local company our business. I can see we'll need to reach out to someone else.
